Who controls your data
Vantote is the controller of personal data submitted through this site. For any data matter, write to contact@vantote.com.
What this site collects
The pilot request form: property name, property type, number of rooms, e-mail address, and optionally a phone number and message. We use them solely to respond to your request and arrange the pilot.
The site uses no tracking or profiling cookies. Forms are protected from bots with Cloudflare Turnstile.
Data inside the Vantote app
Operational property data (rooms, cleanings, reports, staff details) is processed on behalf of our clients — property owners, who are the controllers of that data. We process a minimum of staff data: name, working times and reports. Staff PINs are stored only as hashes, and panel access is role-based.
We sign a data-processing agreement (DPA) at the client's request.
How long we keep data
Pilot request data is kept for the duration of our conversation and deleted afterwards. App data is kept for the duration of the client agreement.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, and to object — one e-mail to contact@vantote.com is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
